Payment Methods
For Indian Customers:

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take immense care to ensure the highest quality of our products with multiple quality checks. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
1. Transit Damage or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if an incorrect product was delivered, we will accept a return. In such cases:
  • Please record an unboxing video upon receiving the product.
  • Share the video with us via WhatsApp (+91 9946348418) or Email (mireya.india@gmail.com).
  • The product must be returned to us before we proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • Replacement will be subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued within 2-3 working days via the original payment method once the return Tracking id is shared.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
The following cases do not qualify for a return or refund:
  • Handmade Variations: Our products are handmade and may have slight irregularities or variations, especially when using natural stones.
  • Color Differences: We photograph products in natural lighting, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
