  • We are not responsible for delays due to logistics partners or natural circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a major defect or damage.

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for damaged claims.

  • Color variations and minor irregularities in handmade items are not eligible for returns.

7. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled, you will be notified, and any payment will be refunded.
